Save The Towne Cinema

 

I watched my first movie by myself at this theater :) it was a liberating and fabulous experience. This historic Gem Located in the Okanagan region of British Columbia was established in 1929. It is in danger of permanent shutdown. The Current owner seeks a much deserved retirement and would love the theater to remain operational at the hands of the Okanagan Screen Arts organization. 

To achieve this the OSA needs our help! Share this post like crazy and donate if you can. Their goal is $75,000. This is to help make the washrooms safe and disability compliant, to upgrade the lobby access, and to improve equipment and infrastructure. They are currently just under 40% of the way to their goal.
